• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

Can't Reset my Account Password..

I have sent in a ticket to have my password reset on my account, two days ago. No word or help from them so far.

Is there any other ways to get this resolved quicker?

    i am also waiting on customer support to release my account from a suspension from the website so i can buy the expansion. no info from anyone for a couple days now. any help incoming?
