Stalking Blastbones Doesnt Proc Illambris Monster mask

Yes yes, another blastbones is bugged thread, anyways, stalking blastbones (Magicka Morph) Does flame damage, and can even apply the burning status effect. Sadly after running it against a good number of enemies I can not get it to proc the illambris' Firestorm proc, which is a 10% chance off any flame damage done.
Ricochet skull works fine (Probably unneeded info, but the other flame damage ability in the necro skill tree does proc it).
