If they'd made a better battlegrounds mode (i.e. not 3 teams... cause that's *** bad) it could have been a proper vehicle for some kind of mode around Daedric Artefacts, but yeah, Cyrodiil is too much of a mess already, and it's kind of ironic that after trying to spread out players by adding more and more objectives to the map, they then flip a 180 and add something to draw everyone to the same place .... it's funny how ZOS continually manages to contradict themselves so often, it's like they have each department in their office fighting each other, because I don't know how else you'd explain the just plain bad design choices they come up with time and again.

It's just the immense power ebbing in and out of the Mundus from heavy use of the artifact that causes time-warping side-effects, and it gives the illusion of lagg when in fact it's just your mind taking awhile to process something that it's not able to.

Very immersive.

This artifact crap is a big mistake. It will turn out to be a major exploit and just wait and see the forums will be riddled with complaints and requests for nerfs or complete removal.

ZOS instead of adding something that has already created more performance issues you should be concentrating on just fixing the pathetic performance issues that plague Cyrodiil and have been for years.

It's not lag. That's just a feature of the artifact!

If only the artifact spawned in the opposite side of the map from wherever the big faction stack battle was happening that was lagging the server.

May not pertain to you depending on your platform but I got an elite controller and mapped weapon swap to one of the paddles underneath the controller. That alone has reduced my lag related deaths due to not being able to bar swap significantly. Skills not firing is the biggest culprit now. I've seen it take up to 4 seconds for a skill to fire in prime time. So, survival comes down to dodgerolling with 15k stam and praying.
