Stamina Necromancer Ruinous Scythe Bug
I was leveling my Stamcro tonight in Alik'r Desert, and noticed that on mobs that had 100% up when using the ability Ruinous Scythe that it would do lower damage
When hitting the mobs for the first time. If light attacking or using a ability before it, i found that it would do the normal tooltip damage.
Anyone know why the first initial hits are lower when using thia attack on mobs first?
I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but i found it rather strange and did not think the skill was suppose be lower damage regardless if mobs are 100% hp or not.
