Give dragons what their due, make them the mhytical beast they are meant to be, it should take like 24 players to kill a single one.

✭✭✭✭✭FUS RO DAH is not a one shot mechanic as long as you block, which is another mechanic in the game. Zos likely purposely put that in there as a soft encouragement to improve players skill level.7 -

I soloed around ten dragons already, they are not that hard, just long due to HP. Anyone who has done vMA will be able to solo dragons with ease.0 -

It should take a daedric prince or a divine to beat or stand toe to toe with a dragon.
Likr that ending fight in TES Oblivion, that guy turned into a dragon to fend off that daedric prince back to oblivion.

This makes sense. An attack being a one-shot when not approached properly but is not a one-shot when the player skillfully avoids or mitigates it seems like a good design. A one-shot for the sake of a one-shot is never good in a game.1 -
