Dov-Vahl Shrine/Dragonguard Scholar Achievement

Is there any way to enter this place, besides during the main quest line? - I have completed the main quest, but missed some of the plaques. I'd like to go back and get the rest, for the achievement, but haven't been able to find the place again. Is it going to be impossible to get the achievement now, after completing the quest?

Its in the scar on the west side of them map. when you are inside, ignore the shrine and go to the maze on the right side. If you have the lorebooks addon, setting it to track eidetic memory will give you an idea of where the location is.

I have read a lot of people are having the same issue myself included. I've spent hours running around trying to find the location of the quest and this "secret back-entrance" to get the ones I missed. There are many directions too, like it's on the east/west side of the map, or south west of...
