Difficulty scaling please.

Seriously does not seem very difficult to put in a difficulty slider on the players end.

Let it scale from x2 to x10. 10x would be you take 10x damage and do 1/10th as much damage to npcs.

This could be coded the same way battle spirit is so it does not affect other players but would actually make open world and questing feel rewarding.

    Personally, that's exactly the type of difficulty that feels bland and unrewarding to me. Too much like Skyrim's legendary mode. Plus the rewards would have to take the game economy into account. More gold=more required gold sinks, more potions required = higher prices on reagents, etc.

    If I want to revamp ESO for higher difficulty, I want to have the zones updated to the difficulty of a public dungeon, or the Craglorn group quests, or a normal dungeon. You know, bosses with hard hitting and interesting mechanics, large mobs, etc. Something that actually makes. me use the skills and gear I've obtained for end game content in order to complete the quests.

    That's not going to happen. Its way too much work, too much money, and not enough profit.

    After more thought I agree with keeping rewards the same just let us have more difficulty.

    Op you can do that now. Just take off cp and armour and equip a level 1 sword.
