What was an exact or estimated All Flags Navy size?

All sources I have seen don't provide an exact size of All Flags Navy, just claim that it was the biggest naval force ever brought together.
And I wonder how large was it.
I don't need an exact number of ships and crewmembers. An estimate would be ok.
Maybe someone knows the size of the second biggest naval force.
Or maybe someone knows the size of Sloads navy and is capable of estimating the size of All Flags Navy taking into consideration Sloads magic and losses sustained by All Flags Navy.

Well, afaik, there's only one navy that we've ever gotten an estimated size on, but that's from the Third Era, so idk if that counts for the Second Era.

Which one and how large was it? Also do you know whether that navy was ever compared to other navies?

The new Far East Fleet of the Third Empire, during the reign of Uriel Septim V. It was used during his invasion of Akavir and had the capacity to transport four Legions at once. It was one of, if not the, largest fleets of Tamriel. This fleet of itself dwarfed the rest of the Imperial Navy.

From what I can find on the wikis a standard legion could be around 5 thousand soldiers (but not 100% sure on that), so at least enough ships for 20 thousand soldiers, plus supplies, equipment and support/escort vessels, then also factor in that each ship needs a crew so divide the soldiers a little bit more between the ships and who knows

Which matches up to Roman Legion sizes of between 4,200 - 5,200 + about 100 or so auxiliaries.

To calculate the imperial fleet that bruccius mentioned’s size we’d need to know how big the average imperial legion ship would be and how many soldiers/supplies they could hold along with the crews of them

If we knew how many troops were in these Legions we could possibly get an idea based on some real world equivalents. Rome and its naval fleet might be comparable.
