Player removed from ignore list

I blocked someone today and a few hours later it showed up in yellow text in game that they had been removed from my ignore list. This was quite unsettling as I do not ever want to deal with them again.
Edit: I checked my Xbox live blocked list and they are still on it, so I’m hoping this is just a text bug and that they are actually still blocked.

✭✭It usually does that if your block list is full. I have a lot of spammers blocked and it always remove someone from the list when u block a new one.0 -

✭I've logged on before and immediately had messages pop up that people were removed from my ignore list when I definitely didn't add anyone new to it. I think it might just be buggy.1
