Disappearing Buildings

So I noticed lately that sometimes while running all the buildings in game just disappear briefly. And I can stand in certain parts of the world and turn camera to make all buildings appear and disappear at will. Just noticed a reddit topic talking about how this is happening to them too. Wondering if this past issue is coming back to haunt anyone else.
