Can we make a petition to choose log in screens? (But not actually make a petition)

Okay, so, might be silly but stick with me.
Starcraft 2 has options to change what your home screen looks like with various different characters. I found it pretty cool to have like my favourite commander on my screen when I log on.
I was just wondering if we could get the same but have it for:
Its just like I remember the really old load up screen on Xbox when i used to play on it and really wanted the nostalgia back
