Summerset DLC/CE bundle

When we bought Summerset, the court of beldam wasn't included in the CE, now, since Summerset is a DLC, Court of beldam have been included in the CE and removed from the base Summerset. Now I can't get Summerset CE Gifted because I "own" 1 of the item from CE, even though it wasn't CE back then. why would Zenimax does that ?
Is there any way to go around that?

You likely own more than one of the items in the bundle. Court of Bedlam and Pocket Salamander were part of the Queen's Bounty pre-purchase bonus, and Bloodshadow Wraith was a standalone bonus. The Crown Store CE Pack contains all pre-purchase items as well as the collector's edition items (House of Reveries emotes, Divine Prosecution Conversion, Fledgling Gryphon, and Psijic Scrying Talisman)

The Morrowind CE Pack was discounted 50% during the Morrowind Celebration, and it's possible Summerset will see a similar pattern.

That said, if you examine your account and do find that you only have one collectible unlocked from the above stated, then you probably could open up a support ticket to have it removed. That would fall under bugs/errors as none of them were at any time available as a single item.


Also, obligatory "Collector’s Pack Bundle does not include the zone DLC" to avoid confusion.

Indeed I also own the pocket salamender. though I don't have the shadow mount. It was on CE.
Still don't know why ZOS would remove those from base DLC and put them in CE. Just a cheap move to grab money from new players but penalize those who bought Summerset w/o CE Back then...

ZOS didn't remove those from base DLC, those were never part of the base DLC, they were pre-order bonuses. Now, a year after the release, they are giving the chance for those who missed pre-order to get the goodies in a bundle with CE items.
They could've simply left pre-order items out of the crown store entirely, as the time for pre-order is long gone.
