Necro bounty
Needs to go. I cant count the times i simply hit the R button and i get a bounty. WE have ugly butt vamps running around deadra on the loose but no bounty for them. I've used my abilities in the open areas and received a bounty cause there some NPC hanging out in the corner. At least let us have the option to kill the witnesses right.

Its fine. Stop trying to be Millhouse and trying to be cool and have self control. You dont need to spam every single skill while in town. You dont need to duel every single person for them mere 5 seconds worth of attention.

Remapping the R key to the 7 key fixed my setting off Ultimate's at the wrong times.
As for the Vamps, Summoned Deadra, WW and all that, expand the justice system to those also.Si vis pacem, para bellum1 -

Where did you get the bounty, OP? As far as I can tell, neutral quest givers and random NPCs out in the world shouldn't be giving a bounty, at least they aren't for me. If you're getting a bounty you might want to put in a bug report for it.

I've gotten bounties multiple times while doing Daggerfall questline up through stormhaven.
I would argue it's a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE, especially financially.

I would agree it's a MINOR INCONVENIENCE, especially since those with major disabilities openly shown they havent had any issues completing stories and quests as the normies. Must be a L2P/Adapt issue.
