Restoration staff ultimate — "Life Giver" morph experiences a delay upon casting

Buggy behaviour:
  1. When the ability is cast, there is a slight delay (of about half a second) before the morph effect occurs. From the tooltip:
    When you activate this ability you automatically cast Regeneration, Blessing of Protection, and Steadfast Ward at no cost.
    None of these secondary skills get cast until after the delay period.
  2. There is also a corresponding delay before your ultimate bar is drained. During this interval, the ability slot remains lit-up and fully-coloured. It doesn't drain and decolourise until after the delay (when the secondary effect of the skill activates).

Normal behaviour:
  1. If you have enabled the option to display the numerical value of your ult points, this number will drop to zero upon cast.
  2. The primary effect of the skill (one tick of healing per second) functions normally and appears to activate instantly upon cast, as it should.

The base morph of the ability (Panacea) and the alternate morph (Light's Champion) both do not exhibit this delayed behaviour, therefore the issue is specific to Life Giver—and ostensibly a side effect of the autocast feature.

    my guess, its forcing the player to que up GCDs to get 3 abilities to cast?
    Maybe its ZOS attempting at reducing the overall calcs needed but making the ability be delayed.

    I don't know about that. The same total number of calculations are performed regardless of whether the skills launch immediately or after a delay. And it doesn't explain the desync between your ultimate number and the skill icon.

    I reckon it's just an unintentional bug. But we'll see.
