Hello,
I been getting mixed answers about the new Shield Breaker set.
Some say it's doing 3% in PvP, some say 6% ? Battlespirit never effected multipliers - im wondering why some people are saying this. Or if it's working as intended, thanks if anybody knows that would be awesome to know thank you. 👍

That's what I thought but some ppl are saying otherwise - been playing ESO for 4 years and have I heard ppl say this.
Idk why to be honest - or if there even testing this set. Honestly it's a good way to buff both spell and physical damage for Necro in PvP not as a hybrid but using some of the skills for utility.
Obviously - People's Thoerycrafting game is horrible in 2019.0
