SERIOUS CC immunity bug caused by Bone Totem (Necromancer ability)

At some point during a Battleground, I got bugged by this skill (cast by an opponent player). When it feared me, I was unable to break the CC despite expending stamina and playing the breakfree audio + animation.
From that point on, I was completely immune to all types of CC from other players, EXCEPT the fear from Totem specifically, which I continued to be unable to break.
This could be severely exploitable for obvious reasons.
