Ping spikes happening to players if

Logged into a character to long ping seems become very unstable in dungeons for players. It fixes on relog.

which platform/megaserver?
Does this issue only happen if your character is in a dungeon when you login? Please clarify as your post is unclear about how to recreate this issue.

There's issue where 2 players in vMHK keep had drastic ping spinks that made their character jump around screen to even other players. This issue was then resolved after a relog.

yes I can confirm I have the same issue..and that's new... I don't usually have ping spikes in PvE, but with new patch i get up to 300 ping for a few seconds..then it goes back down to "normal" levels.
