Wayrest Sewers Last Boss Disappearing

3 of my friends and I were all playing Necromancers in Wayrest Sewers 1 on normal,
we got to the last boss,
she did the thing where she disappears and spawns giant bats,
we killed the bats but she didn't reappear.
We had to run away in an attempt to reset the boss, and that's when reappeared. Sometimes we had to run back and forth unstil she became visible again. She seemed to be completely gone but there was an invisible wall in one point of the cave, which is where she was most likely hiding.
