I use to see this bug in some dungeons but it had been fixed.
When I went to Riverhold I got this bug again. What it does is when you walk you will go over a certain point where everything but the land itself will disappear. Unlike the old but this one seems to be too random to repeat at will but I have seen it several times. The last time I saw it I was walking over a large circle with grass and flowers in the middle of town but I could not recreate it when I went back to find the point it happened at.
