AOE Healing not Castable

Ever since the patch I will randomly be locked out of being able to cast my AOE heals on my Warden unless I either dodge roll or heavy attack. I also can not target dead corpses to loot which makes me think that this may be a bug related to my character being stuck in a heavy attack animation. This is both annoying and infuriating as it causes me to not be able to heal the group and people are dying as a result.

I personally haven't heard of anything from ZOS yet on a fix. I really hope they fix it soon.

Ah excellent, I searched but did not find this thread even though I thought I had seen it.
