Several of the cosmetic outfits that can unlock from various tasks have failed to do so on my account. This includes Dark seducer and Mannimarco outfits through leveling, as well as Cavalier of the sworn oath, Old orsinium sentry and Trinimac's penitent knight through the House of Orsimer glories. CP is 621, and all the items have been returned to the museum.
