Elsweyr Starting quest stuck and unable to proceed issue

In the tutorial quest for Elsweyr (Bright Moons), when you first spawn in the starting room, I got stuck between the wall and a lamp on the left side of the room when you are facing the door. I was unable to get unstuck, so I used the stuck command. This placed me outside of the starting room, and as I had not yet collected the letter/key, I was unable to go back into the starting room.
I got around it by deleting and making a new character, but not exactly an ideal experience when I spent an hour making my character -_-

nihoumab14_ESO✭✭✭Unsure how to edit, so I'll leave this here. Once you correctly leave the room and talk to Zamarak, his first dialogue where he says "Zamarak is pleased to see you are awake. You have slept for many days...." he does not move his lips as would be normally expected from an NPC speaking. He speaks normally with moving lips once you select "I was attacked by a Dragon?"0
