No the main Elsweyr quest after completing The Halls of Colossus

I started The Demon Weapon using Crown Store, completed this and the next quest (The Halls of Colossus). Now Abnur Tharn speaks that I must wait a message but there are no any messages from him. Is this a bug? (I did not try to go to Elsweyr by myself without "an invitation" from Tharn).
