Mirkmire Quest Unsuitable Suitors is bugged and uncompletable

The Watchtower in the quest has no floor (well you see it but fall through it). So you can't search for the next clue you need to complete this quest chain. Not just happening with my character, just watched as someone else ran past me and fell through too. Npc's seem to be just fine walking on it though (If this is about that second helping of sweetrolls I had Xukas can just wipe that smug look off his face, he snuck another one too.)
