My Breton has this too. I had to give her a helm to make her look less derpy, which is pretty frustrating given the effort involved in getting her to look half decent.

It's very frustrating in a game where a lot of emphasis is put on customization. Yes, it's just cosmetics, but given how much money the Crown Store must make on costumes/motifs/outfits/etc., ZOS knows that customization matters quite a bit to their players.
Yeah.
For now, I’ve sort of tried to embrace the derp via the Drunk personality. She’s a far cry from the noble Breton I initially envisioned.
