Slower camera rotation in gamepad mode when toon si snared

When playing using keyboard and mouse and got snare on toon You can still rotate camera as fast as You want.
When playing using gamepad and got snare on toon then rotatin camera with gamepad is slower (snared) so practicly it means lost in fight becasue You cant enough fast target opponent.
Pls fix that so rotatin camera on gamepad mode won't be slowed down when toon got snare.
