So it says to find Abnur Tharn and he just stands at the bottom of the staircase and won't move. The other npcs are waiting in the next room for him. I've tried relogging and nothing works. Need help please!
EDIT: So apparently you have to walk into a side room to get him moving. Fixed.

✭This is bugged for me on console - but in a different spot. There are no dragonguard orders to pick up off the desk... tried everything to make them appear - including closing app and leaving area...
Looks like wasting my time and abandoning the quest.0
