(Bug) Regen Glyphs dont add to Idle RegenStats

Hey ,
Just got to PVP Today , and reconized that cloaking around feels different Mana-wise , the Lost.
Checked my Regen Stats says Magickaregen 2011 , with Extended Stats you can see your Regen Out of Fight
And it says 1928 Magicka Regen , cant be must be something Misscalculated.
Someone else experiencing the same Issues ?
Iam totally sure before Patch is was like round 2.5k .
Edit : It seems like Regen Glyphs of any kind dont add to Regen in Idle , since Elsweyr Update
I Switched to Bloody Mara Drink and had to Compensate the Regen loss in case Of Witchmothers
so got more regen Glyphs and see there not Adding to Regen in Idle, only to normal Infight Regen.
Every other Source , Drinks/Food Mundus , Setboni everthing adds to Regen in Idle but not the Glyphs.
Friend confirmed the same effect so its not only on me .....
