Crafting station issues

I expect this is due to the servers not able to handle the load since we have been experiencing issues for awhile now and PC has an even higher load with the launch of the new chapter. These actions were done on NA during their prime time.
I was at a clothing station and deconed some gear. When I swapped to improve then back to decon that gear I had already destroyed was visible again. When I went to my banker I saw that same destroyed gear.
When upgrading gear at the same clothing station I had to toggle the arrows to change the sort to see the gear. When I was upgrading the gear I did not see the improvement in the inventory window. It remained white quality the entire time even though it was upgrading.
I transferred to a different zone and went to a woodworking station. In the deon window I still saw that same gear from the clothing station that I had already destroyed. No, I could not decon it again. I logged out and back in. That deconed gear was no longer visible, but when I went to upgrade the newly crafted gear I had to again toggle the arrows to sort the gear so I could see it in inventory. When upgrading one item it failed even though the default is 100% chance to succeed and again, I could not see the gear actually upgrade in the inventory panel, yet it was upgrading until that failure. And yes, I have more then enough matts to upgrade this gear.
So either Zos bonked the crafting with this update, unlikely since I have crafted this week on both servers without issue, or Zos needs to get serious about getting the servers up to par to handle the load as this is affecting many areas of the game starting two years ago with the GF.
Edit: when upgrading the gear you can hover over the item being upgraded and the pop up window does show the correct quality.
Also, I discovered Zos did mess up craftring. The piece that failed to upgrade was at a woodworking station and upgrading to blue quality defalt showed only 2 pieces being used, should require 3, and that it was 100% but before upgrading was completed a pop up window explains there is only a 75% chance to upgrade. Nothing I tried allowed me to change this to use 3 pieces but eventually, after leaving the station and going back it eventually changed to use 3 pieces.
So again, something is very wrong.
