Wayshrine causes Blurriness

When I use a wayshrine to fast travel it makes my screen go blurry. Then I click on all Icons at the top and the screen pop-ups are blank, like for instance the inventory. It seems to be the wayshrine that triggers this problem once I press E on wayshrine.
