FPS drops and lag when dead.

Hello all, I’m wondering if anyone has any insight on this.
I recently reinstalled the game along with windows 10 and I’ve been having lag and really low fps when dead.
As soon as I rez the lag stops and my fps go back up. This never happened before I reinstalled windows 10.
I also get fps drops when I'm bar swapping a lot sometimes which is annoying cause I feel it when playing.
Again this never happened before I reinstalled windows 10 and the game last week. I was running the game smoothly.

Revokus✭✭✭✭✭Still having issue and fps drops in combat with my screen shaking..Tried withouts addons and even reinstalled the game last night and still having problems. I also now have lag when I go into addons settings in game and low fps didn't have that before either. I also have fps drops when spamming bar swap sometimes. I don't know what's going on to be honest.

Revokus✭✭✭✭✭It's not normal to have 100 fps while standing in towns full of people and when I go into a specific menu like addons settings or If I'm dead I drop to 10 fps with lag lol.
Tried a bg with Necro earlier too got lag and fps drops.
My friend doesn't have any of the performance issues that I'm experiencing which is even more confusing.Playing since January 23, 20160
