Rollback and duplication

I've been doing guild bank restacking on my alt account (using roomba). It was terribly slow. Well, more than usual, anyway. Then went to do an undaunted daily delve quest on a new char and I got a random dungeon pop up, so I ported. The instance was broken, with latency in thousands of milliseconds. So I quit the group (the issue never goes away on its own) and was removed from the instance to... a character select screen (with a message about connection being lost). It seems my character has been rolled back a bit. Then I've noticed a copy of a few mats both in my guild bank and on my character.
Nothing big, but it seems I unintentionally duplicated 111 ginseng and small amounts of other worthless mats.
I didn't try to reproduce it, as it seems to be dependant on an occurance of another, uncontrollable issue. This is why the steps are not super accurate.
Makes me wish I had been using guild bank to store some more valuable stuff and crashed after stacking aetherial ciphers or at least chromium platings

It seems that a rollback works only for your personal data. Guild bank is not really a personal asset, so when you put something in a guild bank and then get rollbacked, there are two copies of an item... It works the other way around if you got something out of the guild bank (which could be reaaaaallly painful).
With all the rollbacks happening lately, it could be quite an issue.
