Restoration staff heavy attack and weapon swap

Hi,
I have discovered bug, when I start restoriation staff heavy attack and do weapon swap during it, all ground target abilities can not be cast. I must proced full heavy attack by restoration staff, to work that abilities again.
I dont checked if this bug also appears with lighting staff heavy attack.
This is reproductable bug.

✭Yep, it is a bad bug. Many have it. Hope ZOS fixes this come next small patch.2 -

✭It happens randomly to all Ground Cast abilities. Even Caltrops is affected by this.....ZOS....where are you? FIX THIS!0
