"Oh my god that 4th guy is really bad and you should kick him from your group!"

Here's an example showing my character (by name) and several other "Anonymous" people.
https://www.esologs.com/reports/d8jL9nhZQJ7R3qVB#fight=last&type=damage-done
It doesn't show their names, but obviously we can still pretty much surmise who is contributing the most to an encounter because it shows their class, abilities used, and dps/healing. It will be very easy to determine how good/bad someone is doing whether they're Anonymous or not. Only if you were actually involved in the fight, though, not just someone browsing the site.

It's under construction still. There aren't any rankings yet. I am still building out that part of the site.

Doesn't work for me, don't understand why
I delete all logs on ESOLOGS, I log on my char, type/encounterlog, kill one mob, retype /encouterlog, upload the log on the website and... my char doesn't appears...
Maybe I do something wrong and someone can help me?
Thanks all

Were you able to "View Report"? It should have pulled up the website and shown your character by name and how much damage they did.
To clarify: the only thing I was suggesting be deleted is the combat log file in your ESO "Log" folder on your computer.
When you type /encounterlog you should see a brand new version of the file get created.
