Having Problems Installing ESO Client?

I recently ran into an issue when trying to install ESO again on my new PC.
I downloaded the installer - right clicked - and went to "Run As Administrator."
I clicked "English" as my language - and then every time I clicked "OK" or hit "Enter" - my PC would freeze.
If you are having this issue - I suggest pressing control, alt, delete - then going into start up - disabling your vpn from automatically starting - then restarting your PC.
Once you restart and make sure your VPN is DISABLED - try installing it again and it should work this time.
Thats what worked for me.
