Title. I'm getting bored of running a copy-paste build off a website and wanted to see what I could produce myself.
What I mean in the title, is there a website that can simulate a live character's stats by choosing gear, skills, etc.?

On this site, is there any way I can see projected DPS, resistance and other such numbers?

✭✭I vastly prefer UESP's, as it's just a more complete build planner. It runs all the calculations for every relevant stat you could think of, even some such as how much resources a heavy attack with a particular weapon would restore, given bonuses from heavy armour, other passives, sets, CP, etc.1 -

UESP doesn't have a way to simulate your DPS, as DPS is so hugely dependent on rotation and playstyle. The exact same skills and gear can result in 25k DPS on one person, 32k on another, 45k on another, and 55k on a fourth, with the only difference being how cleanly they can perform the rotation.
UESP would need to know the exact rotation you're planning on using, including any light/heavy attack weaving, bar swapping, etc. If it did, it would have to assume you were performing that rotation perfectly, so your actual DPS probably wouldn't be near what UESP would give you.1
