Why Does Enchanting Crafting Station UI Display "Rune Translated" For Rune Already Known?

Like my three other characters, Ace Giatros crafted one or more Glyphs with the Superior Aspect (Denata runestone) not long after I began developing the character over two years ago. I do not recall this message has ever been displayed when any other character crafted a Furnishing at an Enchanting Station. So why was this announcement displayed?
