Quest requests to make blood offerings to Hircine in 4 different locations.
The one in the middle (central altar) did show up on map but when I get to the spot, I can't smear blood on central altar. The rest of altars working fine.
I've tried relog before, issue still remained. Was going to try abandon quest method, but that's not how the issue should be solved. (Actually too lazy). So..yea.
The delve is called Predator Mesa if that helps.
Edit: Just here for clarification. Turns out it's my own fault, gotta gather beast blood first, so I can smear on the altar.
