Best Bow/Bow Class?

With the live launch of Elsweyr on PC, I wondered what race and class are now best suited to a bow/bow build for endgame pve? I had thought of making one for a change of pace from the usual dps that I normally run. I still have a few weeks before the update hits PS4.

Nah really. Bow has the lowest damage of all weapons, because distance (let's forget that staves provide distance too...). The main spammable bow attack has been nerfed again.

If you play for fun, any will do. If you play for numbers, don't use bow.

Warden because of the class spammable, easy access to many buffs/debuffs like Major Brutality, Minor Berserk and Major Fracture, good sustain. Also it's fun to play.
