DK's seething Fury Buff not applying correctly if only frontbarred

yesterday I did some testing arround with the new Whip and it seems that it doesnt count the stack properly all the time
especially in the beginning it seemed to take a few rotations to get it goin
I just tracked the buff, and it started (most of the times) like 15-20s in fight and not right from the first time casting a Ardentflame skill on the Whipbar
can anyone conirm this?
Im gona do some more tests this week to see if its really bugged, or just the buff not showing up in the bufftrackers.
