Bugged surveys

I’ve been experiencing several issues while doing surveys on multiple characters. Once, none of the items loaded in. I reloaded, erased local saved data, didn’t help. Now on a different character, the craglorn Blacksmith 3 survey loaded 3 rubedite nodes and zero galatite nodes. (Have also had three blue screens when loading into new zones throughout day)

I only did writs on my new magcro so I haven't seen that. What I did see was him getting not one but two woodworking writs and they were bound to him so I couldn't give them to an alt who could make better use of them. I hope to hell ZOS haven't made writs character bound.

I received double surveys (two of the same type, in some cases two copies of the same item) for the daily crafting writs on my old characters. They were not character bound, though - I could still deposit them in the bank. The character I created after the Elsweyr release is still not certified for daily writs, so I can't tell whether the surveys that character would receive would be character bound.

I dont have probs with surveys cuz Im NOT getting surveys at all since the patch. Doing writs on 10 characters and nothing yesterday... no luck today.

Edit: seems its my account without Elsweyr. Its my crafting account (10 crafters toons) and Im not getting any surveys on them.
Edit 2: Day 3, Wednesday 22nd, no surveys still...

My account with Elsweyr is receiving the occasional double survey (only appears to be blacksmithing/woodworking/clothing)

My account withOUT Elsweyr (has Morrowind edition) has received 0 surveys in two days over 15 characters (about a 1 in 100 million chance)

Account with Elsweyr. Receiving more surveys than normal, occasionally doubles.

I also received an Elsweyr WW survey and it doesn’t bring up a location or description when I try to view it. The screen goes out of focus like there *should* be something pop up but nothing does - think this survey might be bugged.

With 8 crafters, have not received any surveys since the new chapter released on Monday.

3rd day, 10 characters doing all daily writs, NO Elsweyr: 0 surveys so far after update
I used to get 1-3 a day.

At the historical drop rate... we are now to the chance of getting zero surveys across 15 characters is about 1 in 4 TRILLION.
