No resto staff in tutorial?

Has anyone found a resto staff in the new tutorial zone? I know it's not a big deal and it doesn't last long but it seems kind of strange that there are rooms full of weapons but no resto staff anywhere.

nope :( have also been looking, hoping to immediately start leveling resto for my necro witch healer, but only found a bunch of inferno staves.
would indeed be cool to put all kinds of gear there to immediately unlock the skill lines, especially for completely new players who can't just craft gear for their toons and access it via the banker...

It must be an oversight, given how many of the other weapons were strewn all over.

It might be because the only damage you can deal with a Resto Staff is light or heavy attacks and that makes killing things and getting XP, take longer.

You still can use class ablitys, like most people in the beginning of the game.

Yes, of course. But my point was that killing them as fast as possible is more beneficial to levelling.

for a beginner sure, but i'd like it if for us who know at least a little what we're doing, to get our resto staves right at the start too. Does Not have to be on the first weapon rack you walk up to, but having some laying around in for example the locked room would be nice.
What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?
    I believe in Genie-Gina.

without the passives in the skill lines, there is no difference in the light attacks from the staffs, and staying alive is very beneficial to leveling as well.

I scoured that tutorial and there were no Healing staves unless you were to get lucky with a random enemy loot drop, I got green quality heavy gauntlets from one as an example. I also wanted to start as a healer even if it took longer or not. Instead I donned a Weapon-&-Shield, sometimes changing back to a Destruction Staff, and carried on.

No, so I grabbed the inferno staff and I'll put a resto staff on my back bar when I get to 15.

There’s a set crafting station just outside the adeptorium. I crafted a resto as soon as I walked out of the door.

Unless you find one in a container with RNG they haven't had Resto stave's laying round Tutorial zones since they took away the weapons tables in the original Wailing Prison.
