Streak now scales off the highest resource. It also still cost magicka and does shock damage regardless of the user's stats. What was the point in this change? Streak isn't used for its damage and I'm pretty sure it is now the only skill in the game that scales it's damage off of stamina, costs magicka, and does shock damage. I wasn't on PTS but I was expecting physical damage and AT LEAST USING THE SAME RESOURCE THAT IT IS SCALING OFF OF.

    Seems like a good move. People are always asking for more stam morphs and/or abilities to scale off your highest resource. So maybe this is part of their plan for how to implement that, and they're just testing the waters with an ability that's mostly used for it's utility on the class that asks for it the most, rather than change everything at once and risk breaking something.

    I'm also getting a bug now that I've played with it for a bit. It seems that about 1/3 of attempted streaks cause me to not go anywhere and get frozen in place for the duration of the skill. This is in Cyrodiil so could be attributed to lag but this also never happened before the patch. I also get a targeting error message in the top right of my screen when it happens.

    When I go into sunspire with my stam sorc, I'm streaking for my rotation. Might even weave light attacks. New meta

    As in nothing but streaking through bosses and trash.

    yes, with the new update, they change them to do exactly that.

    and stamplar has needed heals for a long time, so yes, extended ritual could be considered "magicka utility"
