I got this achievement and dye even without it, achievements are bugged too >_< not complaining though, pretty colour


Anyway, boss is still bugged.

Patch 5.0.6. mentions a fix - this isn't working. Still not receiving any completion message (or formal quest or location completion) when killing Zasheem.

Zalsheem is still bugged for me as well, and not giving me credit for the achievement.

I did however get (and still have) the Savior of Elsweyr achievement completed, even though Defender of Northern Elsweyr is not completed.

Bugged for me too. Can’t complete the daily reward.

Yup still bugged on one of my characters. Got it on at least 12 so far but this one cant get credit after killing it at leat 10 times over 2 days.

@Warrilad On last week I had trouble with this boss on 3 characters, 2 of them had completed with boss achievement on the next 1-2 days. But only one my character can't get the elementary achievement about 6 days and there's no difference how much players there were, 2 or 10.

Hi there.
As I noticed:
1. Credit DOES count killing he boss with 3-4 players UNGROUPED
2. Unlike other bosses, "large" healthbar, usually appearing on top of the screen instad of compass does not come up for that one.

Im one of them who always trays to do every quest, achievement 100% so its a bit annoying true, but let them fix this problem.... they already know the situation. i hope soon we will all can complete this Nightmare quest. lol

And no at least yesterday even with 5 players we didnt complete the quest.

Lets tray today... im at work tho so would be nice is someone can confirm that this WB is fixed.

Got it with a group of about 10 players. And a few others were around.

Boss reset/disappeared shortly after I arrived at the spot and we had to wait till he respawned. Maybe this helped.

Maybe you need the killing blow or a certain percent of damage for the achievement?

Well solo killing dont work... only certain percent of damage, but then ESO would say something about that so i dont think that is issue.

I tried to kill this boss 3x yesterday, no credit for the quest.
I went back today, no credit again. I dropped the quest, I have no patience for this.

Both times I was on my khajiit warden, with 5 other players around me.

I killed her 13 times in a row with no achieve. Then another 3 times the same day for daily and still no achieve or daily quest completed.....

Zalsheem is fixed since yesterday. I had no more problems with the achievement.

Please expand this fix to consoles. On PS4 - same issue. Killed the boss 5 times - did not die - no achievement/locale clear.

switched from new necro to old werewolf and it worked first time. switched back to necro and also got credit for boss.

I guess if ZOS hasn't addressed your concern by now I won't expect them to address mine. Lots of other things to do so I guess time will tell.

Hmm, @Ufretin could you give it another try when you get a chance? If your character isn't dying during the fight and you still aren't getting the achievement, we may want to take a look at your account.

I've killed it three times without dying. No credit.

I got the Terror Bird credit on the first try. I didn't have the problem you're experiencing.
