✭✭✭✭✭Xbox and PS4 get Elsweyr on the 4th of June, because Sony and Microsoft won't allow it any other way and ZOS doesn't want to keep PC waiting for a finished product just because of consoles. So instead of making consoles feel bad about owning a console, they call it "early access" but it's more like an "early release" on PC. Every update and release is like that.
Note that buying Elsweyr before the 4th of June on PC still counts as a Pre-order.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.2 -

Why would you need a different account? It’s like any other update. Just open your game launcher and it will automatically patch.1 -
