Forum bug - notifications in German

I always use the forum in English, and as you can see in the screenshot I currently have it set to English, but for some reason my last 2 notifications came through in German. These were regarding posts made in the English forum, and one is an automated forum message, not about a specific post so I have no idea how that could have happened.
It's not a big problem, my German is terrible but I could figure out what they said from the context, but it probably shouldn't be happening so I thought I should mention it.
