I want to pick up ESO again and would love to do it on my old Dragonknight, so I made a ticket about restoring it if its possible (yes i deleted it).
I made it 3h ago, not that it's a long time but I was wondering if anyone have any experience with support tickets and how long it took you to get a response.

Response times can sometimes not be particularly fast. Measure it in days not hours.1
