Is there anychance we might see the Pirate Skeleton Set come up as a avaliable style im really wanting to get the head and shoulder piece for a new look :P

It will come out, eventually, we don't know what they'll put up next... unless it was disclosed on the PTS.

Every month there is a new monster helmet/shoulder style that you can farm. Pirate Skeleton will come out eventually. The next ones will be Lord Warden, Mighty Chudan and Velidreth in no particular order.

And probably valkin skoria that was found on the wrathstone datamine along side nightflame and the dwemer spider thing i always forget the name of
