Rule of thumb for PVE and PVP:

Anything I use to kill things needs to be buffed.
Anything that kills me needs to be nerfed.

Its that simple.

Just list every single skill that does damage, heals, reduces damage on way or another and passives. It seems a little pointless to list them all since pretty much everything has been complained about by someone at some point. most of the time it is baseless.
