Yes, you can. ✭✭✭✭Some don't work indeed, they have (unique) mention. But I don't think there are such transferable items. ✭✭In most cases, unique just means that it only drops in one situation, as a reward, or from a specific boss. Even then, the quest might be repeatable.
If the quest is not repeatable, and the item is character bound on pickup, you'd have no way to get a second instance, but of course, you could not be buying one of those.
I don't recall ever being prevented from equipping a second item just because I already have one. One of my characters uses two Materre's Bodkins.0 -
Fleshreaper✭✭✭✭✭I know there are several unique items out there, one from Reaper's March, something from a world boss. I know I have never been able to carry more than one on a bank mule, so I doubt you will be able to do that.0 -

They fixed most of those so that you could carry more then one or bank more then one of the items. But the fix may have been on a case-by-case basis or something, because it seems like I ran across a unique item where I couldn't have more then one in the past 4 months or so.
ETA: Found the patch note from the 2.7.0 Homestead patch:The uniquely-named items from World Bosses are now no longer marked as Unique. This means you can have more than one of these items in your inventory at a given time.
So, it sounds to me like if the unique item drops from somewhere other than a world boss, you may not be able to have two. Possibly anything still marked as "Unique"?Edited by Number_51 on May 16, 2019 5:20PM1 -
